Mike brings to the firm years of experience in labor and employment law. He previously worked as a management attorney at Murphy, Hesse, Toomey & Lehane. He gained valuable employment-law experience in the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's Attorney Honor Program, where he served as in-house counsel defending the EEOC against discrimination complaints brought by its employees. Through the Honor Program, Mike also had the unique opportunity to serve as an administrative judge adjudicating the discrimination claims of federal employees. As part of the EEOC’s partnership with the National Labor Relations Board, Mike also served as a Board agent investigating unfair-labor-practice charges. His wife is a litigation attorney at another prominent Boston law firm, and they have two sons.
